Afternoon Tea and Tour Package
Booking Confirmation
- To reserve your Afternoon Tea and Tour Package, a valid payment must be made in advance.
- Bookings are subject to availability, and we recommend booking early to secure your preferred date and time.
Cancellation and Modifications
- We require 72 hours notice to change or cancel your food order.
- Changes to your food order less than 72 hours before your scheduled booking may result in a charge for the full cost of the food portion of your package.
- Cancellations of your Afternoon Tea and tour less than 72 hours before your scheduled visit will not be refunded.
- If you need to modify or cancel your booking, please contact us as soon as possible. Changes and/or cancellations must be made in writing via email.
Food and Dietary Requirements
- Please inform us of any dietary restrictions or allergies at the time of booking.
- We will do our best to accommodate special requests, but all dietary needs must be confirmed at least 72 hours before your visit event.
- The Afternoon Tea will take place at your allocated time regardless of the weather or state of the game.
Arrival and Timing
- On arrival at the ground please check in at the Club Shop, which is located at the Pavilion end of the ground.
You will be given meeting instructions for your tour, and any new information about the day.
- We cannot guarantee that your Afternoon Tea will be served if you arrive after your designated time.
Tour Details
- The tour will take place as scheduled at the time of your booking. We reserve the right to change the tour, and its' contents at any stage.
The tour takes place during play and is scheduled to last approximately 90 minutes.
- The tour will be led by one of our trained tour guides staff members and will visit key areas of the Kia Oval, but not the player Dressing Rooms.
- We ask visitors to dress appropriately for the weather, a tour of the ground, and for Afternoon Tea and recommend smart casual clothing.
- The Afternoon Tea will take place at your allocated time regardless of the weather or state of the game. Should the game conclude early,
your tour and Afternoon Tea will still run as scheduled.
Conduct
- All visitors are expected to behave respectfully and courteously while on the premises.
- We reserve the right to refuse service or remove visitors who display inappropriate or disruptive behaviour.
Liability
- The Kia Oval will not be responsible for any personal injury or loss of property during your visit.
- All visitors participate in the Afternoon Tea and Tour at their own risk.
Force Majeure
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances beyond our control (such as extreme weather, venue closures, or other emergencies),
the Kia Oval reserves the right to cancel or reschedule your booking. In such cases, we will provide a full refund or offer to rebook your visit.
Refunds
- Refunds for the Afternoon Tea and Tour Package will only be considered for cancellations made in writing at least 72 hours in advance of the visit.
After this period, no refunds will be issued.
Amendments to Terms and Conditions
- The Kia Oval reserves the right to amend or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be communicated to you promptly.

Ground Tour
General Information
- These Terms and Conditions govern the purchase and participation in the Kia Oval Ground Tour. By booking a tour, you agree to be bound by these terms.
- The Kia Oval Ground Tour is a walking tour of the Kia Oval Cricket Ground, including various areas such as the Micky Stewart Members Pavilion, Away Dressing Room,
Broadcast Suite, Galadari Stand, and more (subject to availability and scheduling).
- The Kia Oval reserves the right to modify or cancel any scheduled tours. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance via the Kia Oval's official website or ticketing team.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, and tickets will be issued electronically.
Payments can only be made using accepted payment methods as specified on the booking page.
- Tickets are non-transferable and cannot be resold or exchanged for other dates or services unless stated otherwise.
- If a tour is sold out, the Kia Oval will not be able to accommodate additional participants.
Health and Safety
- Participants are required to adhere to all health and safety guidelines during the tour.
- The Kia Oval reserves the right to refuse entry or participation to any individual who does not comply with health and safety regulations or behaves in an inappropriate or disruptive way.
- In the case of adverse weather conditions, the tour may be postponed or cancelled. Participants will be notified as soon as possible and offered a full refund or rescheduled tour.
Access and Restrictions
- The Kia Oval Ground Tour is subject to availability and areas may be restricted due to ongoing events, maintenance, or other operational requirements
- Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult during the tour. The Kia Oval reserves the right to limit the number of children on a tour.
- Certain areas of the Kia Oval may be restricted during the tour for reasons of safety or maintenance. Access to specific locations may vary at the discretion of the tour guide.
Punctuality
- To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all participants, please arrive at the designated meeting point
no earlier than 30 minutes before the scheduled start time of your tour.
- If you arrive more than 15 minutes after the tour has started, unfortunately, we will not be able to accommodate you on the tour,
and no refund will be provided.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel your booking and wish to receive a full refund, you may do so in writing up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time.
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour time will not be refunded.
- In the event that the Kia Oval cancels the tour due to unforeseen circumstances, a full refund or the option to reschedule will be offered.
Liability
- The Kia Oval takes all reasonable measures to ensure the safety of visitors. However, the Kia Oval shall not be held liable for any personal injury,
loss, or damage to personal property occurring during the tour unless caused by negligence on the part of the Kia Oval.
- Visitors take part in the tour at their own risk. The Kia Oval is not liable for any accidents or injuries sustained during the tour, except where required by law.
Conduct
- Visitors are expected to behave in a respectful and courteous manner throughout the tour. Any visitor who is disruptive or engages in
inappropriate behaviour may be asked to leave the tour without a refund.
- Smoking is not permitted during the tour, and participants must adhere to all applicable laws and regulations concerning alcohol consumption and behaviour.
Photography and Media
- Visitors are welcome to take photographs during the tour for personal use only. It is not permitted to film the tour guide and tour content.
Commercial photography or filming is not permitted without prior written consent from the Kia Oval.
- By attending the tour, visitors consent to the Kia Oval's use of photographs or video taken during the tour for promotional and marketing purposes.
Privacy and Data Protection
- The Kia Oval respects your privacy and complies with all relevant data protection regulations. Personal data collected during the booking process
will only be used for the purposes of fulfilling your booking and contacting you about the tour.

Changes to Terms
- The Kia Oval reserves the right to update or amend these terms and conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on the official website,

Governing Law
- These terms and conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from or
in connection with these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
Private/Group Tour

- A private tour is a walking tour of the Kia Oval Cricket Ground, including various areas such as the Micky Stewart Members Pavilion,
Away Dressing Room, Broadcast Suite, Galadari Stand, and more (subject to availability and scheduling).
- The Kia Oval reserves the right to modify or cancel any scheduled tours. In the event of a cancellation, a full refund will be provided.
Booking and Payment
- All bookings must be made in advance via the Kia Oval's official website, ticketing team, by invoice or by other means as agreed in advance.
- Payments must be made in full at the time of booking, and confirmation will be made electronically. Payments can only be made using accepted payment methods as specified in the Terms and Conditions.
- Any booking of 10 or more people via the Kia Oval Ground tour platform is liable to be moved to a private tour.
- The minimum charge for a private tour is £200. Additional bookings above this number are charged at £10 per person.
- The minimum charge for school tour is £100. Additional bookings above this number are charged at £5 per child.

- There is a 2 hour window for a private group to complete its' tour. If a tour is scheduled to last 90 minutes and the group arrives 30 minutes late, the full tour will be taken. If the group arrives after 30 minutes, the time available for the tour will be reduced accordingly. If the group arrives 30 minutes before the scheduled closure of the slot, the tour will last 30 minutes.
Cancellations and Refunds
- If you need to cancel your booking and wish to receive a full refund, you may do so in writing up to 24 hours before the scheduled tour time. Cancellations made within 24 hours of the tour time will not be refunded.
